Confidential Information includes all written, electronic, and oral information regarding the Company, its operations, financials, intellectual property, portfolio ventures, and any information marked as confidential.
Information that is publicly available, independently developed, or disclosed under legal requirement is not considered Confidential Information.
This NDA remains in effect for three (3) years from the date of access.
This NDA shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
After submission, our Investor Relations Officer will verify your details and provide secure access to the VDR, including all corporate, financial, and portfolio materials.
