Confidentiality Commitment for Potential Investors

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) governs access to confidential investment materials provided by Billionaire Enterprises (“Company”) to potential investors (“Recipient”) for the sole purpose of evaluating a potential investment opportunity.

1. Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes all written, electronic, and oral information regarding the Company, its operations, financials, intellectual property, portfolio ventures, and any information marked as confidential.

2. Obligations of Recipient

Maintain all Confidential Information in strict confidence.
Use Confidential Information solely for evaluating a potential investment.
Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.

3. Exceptions

Information that is publicly available, independently developed, or disclosed under legal requirement is not considered Confidential Information.

4. Term

This NDA remains in effect for three (3) years from the date of access.

5. Governing Law

This NDA shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

After accepting the NDA, you will receive access instructions to the Billionaire Enterprises Investor Portal and Virtual Data Room (VDR).

Billionaire Enterprises is a private corporate entity engaged in energy finance, capital markets activities, and infrastructure-related investments. The company is not a retail bank and does not accept consumer deposits or provide FDIC-insured banking services.
